Shalom!

So, I bought Heather and Amelia gifts last Christmas from a client/ friend of mine. She created a non-profit organization to help veterans coming home from the war. They are solid Silver Peace Tag (dog tags) with quotes about Peace. She informed me that she put this picture of Amelia up on her Web site.... how cool! http://www.peacetags.com/ These make a great gift and I recommend getting them for a loved one and support our troops as they come home. Her Tag Read's: "Blessed are the Peace Makers for they shall be called the Children of God" - Jesus

Tuppy meets Amelia

Tuppy got to meet Amelia today and it was so sweet. He gave her an easy lick on the top of the head... He totally knows we "aren't in Kansas anymore." He stays right next to us on the couch though. Awfully sweet.

Tuppy update

Anybody that knows Heather and me also knows that Tuppy is like a child to us. We love him very much. I've had many inquiries as to how he is doing. He couldn't be doing better. He is with some good friends of ours. Ed and Carey Kerr have graciously been taking care of Tuppy for us during this time. It's been a HUGE blessing because we know he loves being at their home and we know he is being loved and cared for. We hope to have him home this weekend.

The art of feeding...

Amelia is sleeping sound after a great night of feeding. She definitely isn't hungry. Heather was able to pump enough milk for me to feed Amelia through out the night then she was able to get some much needed rest. I absolutely love spending these quiet times at night with her.

1st Doctors visit

Amelia's first doctors visit went well... We are needing to supplement her feeding with formula until Heathers milk comes in better. Doctor said she looks great though.

Almost there!

We are at a 9.5 cm........ anytime now....

Still waiting....

We are still waiting for Amalia to exit her warm comfy home from the last 9 months. Everything is going text book!

Amelia decided it's time!

For those that haven't heard... Heather's water broke at 11:30 last night and we went to Harrison Hospital at 2 am. Heather is doing great.. she's amazing. We are just waiting for the Pitocin to start working. Amelia is doing great- strong heart beat and still trying to wiggle her way out. It was her kick that broke the water sack. I bet she'll be a great soccer player. Can't wait to meet our new daughter and welcome her to the world.
